Our current product portfolio comprises the following technology platforms.

Embedded Control Platform

The VerdOjah Embedded Control Platform is an indigenous, open, and configurable hardware and software platform for real-time control, rapid prototyping, and product development across conventional and electric powertrain applications. Designed with a modular and scalable architecture, the platform can be readily customized for diverse research, educational, and industrial applications. The current platform has been realized as a compact Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for small-bore spark-ignition (SI) engines. Developed entirely in-house, it integrates hardware design, embedded firmware, and control algorithms into a compact and reliable solution for precise fuel injection and ignition control. As illustrated below, the complete product development cycle—from control algorithm development and PCB design to hardware fabrication, system integration, and experimental validation—was carried out in-house. The platform has been successfully validated on a single-cylinder port fuel injection (PFI) SI engine under firing conditions, demonstrating reliable operation for research, product development, and advanced testing applications.

Universal Data Acquisition Platform

The VerdOjah Universal Data Acquisition Platform is an indigenous, modular, and configurable hardware and software platform developed for high-speed measurement, synchronized data acquisition, and experimental validation across conventional and electric powertrain applications. The platform supports the acquisition and processing of multiple sensor signals, enabling accurate performance evaluation, system characterization, and advanced engineering research. With its scalable architecture, the platform can be readily customized to meet diverse testing and instrumentation requirements. The current platform is being developed as a universal high-speed data acquisition system capable of synchronized acquisition of analog, digital, and crank-angle-resolved measurements. It is designed to support measurements including pressure, temperature, voltage, current, torque, speed, and encoder signals, while providing real-time visualization, signal processing, data logging, and analysis through an intuitive software interface.
