VerdOjah Technologies is an IIT Madras-incubated clean mobility engineering company delivering end-to-end solutions for conventional and electric powertrains. We operate across three core verticals:
Testing & Validation Advanced testing and validation of powertrain systems, including engines, conventional and alternative fuels, electric motors, power electronics, and mobility platforms, through state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, on-vehicle instrumentation, real-time data acquisition, and performance analysis.

Engineering & Product Development Engineering and development of conventional and electric powertrain systems, including engine development, modeling and simulation, embedded controller and ECU design, calibration, system integration, and performance optimization. Committed to advancing the Make in India initiative by developing indigenous technologies, reducing dependence on imported solutions, and delivering world-class powertrain engineering.

Training & Skill Development Hands-on industry-oriented training programs in electric vehicles and components, engine technologies, embedded systems, powertrain simulation, and advanced automotive engineering.

Prof. Mayank Mittal is the Co-founder and Technical Advisor of VerdOjah Technologies, providing technical leadership in advanced powertrain engineering and sustainable mobility technologies. His expertise encompasses internal combustion engines, alternative and sustainable fuels, electric mobility, embedded control systems, automotive testing and validation, and engineering product development.

Prior to joining IIT Madras, he held engineering and product development roles at Generac Power Systems, Caterpillar, IGR Enterprises, and Bajaj Auto, contributing to the development of advanced engine and fuel system technologies. As a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Madras, he continues to bridge academia and industry through research, innovation, and technology translation, helping develop innovative, indigenous, and globally competitive engineering solutions.

He has authored 110+ Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed publications in international journals and conference proceedings and holds 20+ granted and filed patents.
